Food systems and natural products
Foodstuffs, beverages, natural product extracts and related bioproducts, collectively represent some of the most challenging and complex types of samples for analysis. In production and manufacturing of healthy and safe food and natural products chemical and material knowledge is key. This platform focusses upon hyphenated analytical technologies for chemical composition analysis, food providence and security, natural product metabolomics, food degradation and pathogen biomarker analysis and discovery, and food packaging chemical leachates.
